Some notes from the editorial desk...

First of all, I can't begin to say how grateful I am that so many wonderful writers allow us to read and consider their work! Melissa and I are thrilled with the quality of submissions we receive for blossombones, and hope to see more of your brilliant poetry and prose in our inboxes to be considered for forthcoming issues (and for our new fall feature--see details below). Thanks so much to all who submitted for the summer 2008 issue.

We are also delighted to feature Missy Frattini's original artwork in blossombones. She keeps us looking good.
